Psalm 19:12:  Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults

In this Bible Gem the Holy Spirit unveils another important quality of God's Commands.  We can break God's Commands without even knowing it.  Such faults are 'secret' to us.  How many times do we fail to help a brother or sister in need because we weren't paying attention and were thereby unaware?  How many of our transgressions do we commit so subtlety that we don't even recognize the error?  Ever have someone come up to you and point out a transgression you were unaware you made?

People have an amazing ability to hide their faults from themselves and to quickly forget their unpleasant actions.  These sins may be hidden from us; but they can still make us unclean before God.
